After a very busy 2025 we are looking to expand our team with the following positions:
-SOUS CHEF or CHEF DE PARTIE
This is a great opportunity if you want to be well rewarded for working in a spacious Cotswoldsβ kitchen producing top class food every day.
Weβre looking for a dedicated π¦π’π¨π¦ ππππ or ππππ ππ π£ππ₯π§ππ to progress to Sous Chef, with leadership skills and an eye for detail & creativity to work alongside our existing team of Chefs.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience over all sections along with a passion for producing & delivering premium quality dishes & menu selections to the very highest standard.
Needless to say, reliability is a must, as weekend work is essential, with the opportunity for at least one weekend off a month as part of a good work/life balance.
Salary dependent on experience, plus there's an excellent share of tips.
Our location in the heart of Tetbury is less than 30 minutes from Chippenham, Stroud and Cirencester and commutable from many locations in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bath & Bristol.
As weekend, evening and bank holiday work is required, your own transport is recommended.
