(Under 12s are £8.95 and this includes a main course and a pudding from the children's menu - kids pizzas will be served, plus there will be nannies in the coffee bar for any moments of extreme boredom!)


Starters

Chicken liver and port wine parfait with red onion marmalade and toasted brioche


Upton Farm smoked salmon with cornichons, capers, shallots and
Tracklements horseradish crème fraiche


Cream of celeriac and pear soup with Hampton blue cheese croutons


Cerney goat cheese and chive terrine with balsamic roasted pear
and beetroot chutney


Dressed Cornish crab with a chilled tomato, chilli and basil soup


Main courses
Roast rump of Willesley beef with Duchy root vegetables,
Yorkshire pudding, horseradish and beef jus

Wood oven fired gilthead bream fillet with braised fennel, Cornish mussels,
and Bow in the Cloud bubbly parsley butter sauce


Purple sprouting broccoli and butternut squash risotto with slivers of Rachel’s goats cheese, a poached Sherston egg and dressed rocket


Pan roasted breast of Madgett’s Farm chicken filled with leek, bacon and
Holy Smoked cheese, coarse mustard mash and red wine jus

Slow roasted Wiltshire pork belly with braised red cabbage, fondant potato
and a Cox apple sauce

 

Desserts
Chad’s honey and rosemary crème brûlée with shortbread biscuits

Warm date and toffee sponge pudding with Ceri’s vanilla ice cream

Sticky baked meringue with poached rhubarb and whipped Cotswold cream


A selection of Ceri Cryer’s ice cream


Local cheeses with home-made chutney and wood oven baked bread
